The French essence as an inspiration. What is romanticism? Imagination that overcomes reality.  Are you romantic? Half of the time. I try to stay rooted when needed, a good compromise. Where did you have your most impressive French kiss? In a Kitchen, and it was romantic but it was not in France. Your dream? Having my own ice cream and Cookie shop. Coming soon in Berlin… Why Berlin? Because of the French kiss in the kitchen. The best gift you ever made and Received? Love and being Loved. Love is a Gift. Your perfect French dinner? Bread, cheese, charcuterie and wines. Your favorite French wine? Champagne. Your favorite meal in France? Côte de Boeuf. Favorite French desert? A Paris-Brest  and some ice cream. Do you have a secret French recipe? Yes I Do!

STRAWBERRY/ BANANAS  ICE CREAM:

-500 gr of strawberries

-100 gr of ripe bananas

-150 gr of sugar

250 gr of heavy cream

Everything mixed together.  Either you drink it very cold like a smoothie or you freeze the mixture and eat it on a stick.  One recipe, two options I like that! What is your Madeleine de Proust? This same strawberry ice cream: Strawberries/Bananas/Sugar/Sour cream : easy to make. Favorite French movie? Love Songs

Britanny / La Bretagne. Best hotel in France? No Idea. I never stay in hotels. Where would you go when you were younger in France? In Paris. Your perfume? Daisy by  M.JACOB. Or Bal d’Afrique by BYREDO. If you could only buy one fashion item? A Pacojet. It s an expensive ice cream maker. That is my idea of a “fashion Item”. Otherwise, no idea. What is the quintessential French look? No jewelry, just a little bit of make-up and high-heels. Chic and a little négligée like Charlotte Gainsbourg.

The French book that most moved youLe livre SENSATIONS de Philippe Conticinni. It’s a pastry book. All the basis of pastry making are sublimed in this book.
