For any occasions this easy French desert recipe is perfect. The ingredients are classics but the taste of this fondant cake is so authentic. The Parisian Flair’s favorite !
For 8 people, you will need the following Ingredients
7 oz = 200 grams of baking dark chocolate
3/4 cup = 150 grams white sugar
5 oz = 150 grams of butter
1/2 cup = 2 ounces = 50 grams of flour
3 tablespoons of water
Preheat oven at 350 F
1- In the saucepan, melt the chocolate with the water on low fire while stirring and put aside
2- In a salad bowl, put the melted butter and add the sugar. Mix well. Add the eggs one by one and alternate with the flour.
3- Finally, add the melted chocolate and mix well.
4- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, 150° celsius / 300 F
